You can't turn wrapping off for a printed document nor in print preview.
I thought you could turn it off in the draft (normal) view but can't remember how. Why do you want to do this? Word is not especially good for writing code. Can you get the same effect by changing your page size to 8-1/2 x 14 with a landscape orientation and narrow margins? |

Thanks Charles.
I keep journals on different things and often wanted to keep related blocks of text on the same horizontal line. This is compounded by using List bullet styles. Have found a solution where this becomes necessary or desirable because of space: enclose each block of text in an in-line text box, and insert the bullets manually where necessary. Chuck |

No. Very familiar w. Tables but they would not serve the purpose.
I am very happy with List Bullet styles, however, with each bullet/style representing a different level. I use shortcuts wherein ^1 is List Bullet, ^2 is List Bullet 2, & so on. Also use ^0 for Journal Date style. My copy of word is having difficulty with identifying/storing macros. Previously, I had a macro defined that would insert the date with a particular style. |

Is what you want perhaps a hanging indent?
